 Paneer kheer



Ingredients required...

  • Panneer: ½ cup
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Corn flour: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 2-3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder: A little
  • Pistachios: 2 tbsp
  • Saffron: A little
  • Almonds: 2 tbsp


How to do...


Put a cup of milk in a vessel and soak it with saffron. Add corn flour to slightly cold milk and mix.

Boil the rest of the milk in another vessel. While the milk is boiling, add the cornflour mixed milk and stir for 10 minutes. The milk will thicken a little.

Add saffron milk to this. Then add paneer and sugar and mix. After boiling for 10 minutes, add cardamom powder, pistachio powder, almond powder and boil. Now hot Panneer Kheer is ready to taste.

Almond milk


Materials required...


  • Almonds- 30
  • Milk- 3 cups
  • Sugar- 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom- 3
  • Saffron Petal- A little
  • ghee-little
  • Almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts

How to do...

Soak the almonds in a wide bowl of water for 5 hours. Then peel it and put it in a mixer and add some milk, cardamom, sugar, saffron leaves and grind it.

Then put the milk in a pot and boil it. Then add ground almond mixture to this and mix well, when it starts to boil, reduce the gas flame and boil again and switch off the gas.

Heat ghee in a pan, add ghee to it, fry almonds, cashews, pistachios and mix them, then delicious almond milk is ready to taste.
